The California Libertarian Party picked up a few local victories on Nov. 4. This Saturday the party will be coming together at Tony Bushala’s home in Fullerton to celebrate those victories and to discuss how the party is going to continue to grow in California. (Bushala is the editor of the “Friends for Fullerton’s Future” blog and the creative force behind all those funny videos about Fullerton Councilman Dick Jones).
I will be speaking at the meeting about my experiences working with minority voters – and yes I will be officially joining the Libertarian Party at this event.

Guest of honor Art Pedroza will reveal what he learned about minority voters in his run for Santa Ana City Council this year. Pedroza is founder of Orange County’s first political blog, OrangeJuiceBlog.com, which Blog Net News ranks among the top political blogs in the state. Pedroza also served as the inaugural Hispanic Outreach Director for the Republican Party of Orange County.
