Ex SAUSD Board Member Nativo Lopez Sued for Defamation and Extortion

 

Overhill Farms, Inc. (NYSE Amex: OFI) today announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Nativo Lopez and six other leaders of an unlawful campaign aimed at coercing the company to violate federal law by rehiring former employees who have no legal right to work in the United States.

    I was warning my fellow Mexicans to keep low profile, learn English and stop their culturalism crapola because soon or the later there will be a backlash.

    It looks like it is starting to happen.

    I also have an advise for Mr. Pedroza to be careful about who is he calling racist and hater.

    As shown in this lawsuit it may be defamatory statement.

    mmmm I am not sure, but this sure sounds like a scheme to me. Defamation and Extortion.

    Too bad mr. Lopez, you should not have turned to the darkside.
