I don’t have a problem with police officers doing random Sobriety checks. I also don’t necessarily have a problem with Red Light Cameras. Both are Safety issues.
What I have a problem is HOW and WHERE they decide to post the Sobriety Checks, and the Red Light Cameras. I have a problem if they are Disproportionately targeting a community under the “color of law”.
For example, I lived in Laguna Niguel before moving to Santa Ana. And I saw a lot of traffic violations…Running of red lights, Speeding, not really stopping at Stop Signs and speeding through them. And many of these violations were near or in the school zones.
Every now and then I ride a motorcycle. And I found out that I had to be an even MORE defensive driver in Laguna Niguel than in Santa Ana.
So my point is, if you are going to attack the issue of Sobriety Checks, or Red Light Cameras, do it in a consistent and fair manner, and in a way that truly addresses the issue, and not in a way that targets community.
If police are doing sobriety checks then make sure they do it primarily in and around bar areas, because they are more likely to be doing Drinking and Driving, then if they are at a residential area.

Caloptima would be a good example. Healthy families, Health alliance, MOMS, ect…. I could go on and on. It is obvious to me, why Rich WHITE AND BROWN Americans just lovvvvvvve illegal immigrants (especially if the are BROWN) minority can translate to CASH!

My reality check is = There is a correlation between single mothers on welfare and their kids getting involved in gangs and crime.

Do not waste time with MIchelle. Just understand the agenda. The comments from her are intended to demonize a population using isolated fringe groups as her proof of grouping a nationality as negative.

I am not demonizing any one, just pointing out the bad behavior. It is a FACT that 88% of black women are unwed mothers. It is a FACT that hispanic girls are the fastest growing unwed population. It is a fact that we have a serious problem in Santa Ana as far as teen pregnancies are concerned. Sticking Your head in the sand, because of your misguided and blissful ignorance toward your race is not a solution, but the enabling of a serious social problem, that effects us all!
Ask me facts and I will give you them, ask me to be politically correct and it will not happen!
