While Sean Penn is likely to win all sorts of awards from the Gay Community for his role in Harvey Milk, Hollywood and the left in general continue to behave in ways that negate the values of a free society. My girlfriend and I usually won’t pay $10.25 to see a movie, but on a rare occasion we do. Last night was one of those occasion’s and both of us were quite pleased with our decision to do so. The movie we chose to splurge on was “Milk” starring Sean Penn and I would encourage [...] “For what doth it profit a man if he lendeth his campaign $55,000 – more than all other candidates combined – loseth his race, AND loseth his soul?“ Fountain Valley insurance heir and Catholic Pharisee Mark McCurdy had a vision: He would win a seat on the Fountain Valley City Council by focusing single-mindedly on attacking [...] In 1961, President John F. Kennedy had determined that we needed to land a man on the moon before the end of the 1960’s! For those whose memories have a tendency to fade….”Mission Accomplished – July 16th, 1969!” And, damn! So much money has been sunk into Proposition 8, the initiative to prevent our gay brothers and sisters from enjoying the right to marry legally. This was to be a jolt of regeneration for the California Republican Party – it had worked in the past, hadn’t it?
