Santa Ana skaters fight gang banger taggers

There are some who say that taggers are not the same as gang bangers.  However, a group of taggers accosted a group of skateboarders, in Santa Ana of course, on Tuesday, and one of the latter was stabbed, according to the O.C. Register.

The taggers asked the skateboarders what gang they belonged to, then threw down when they didn’t like the answer.

“The suspects are described as being in their late teens and having shaved heads.”  That sure sounds like a bunch of gang bangers to me!

Maybe the SAPD needs to deputize the skateboarders and hand out CCW permits to them? In related news, the Register also reported that a gas station not far from my neighborhood, over on Santa Clara And Grand, was held up yesterday, but a brave gas station clerk fought off the robber.

The bad guy was “described as a heavyset and in his early 20s, wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt.”  He fled on foot west of Santa Clara Avenue, which means he headed for my neighborhood.  Not good.

But on the bright side, it looks like the people of Santa Ana are fighting back against the criminals who are ruining our town.  We also reported recently about a man who called the police after a gang banger threatened his life.  The SAPD dropped the ball, but at least the guy stood up for himself.  Now the skateboarders and gas station clerks are doing the same.

Viva la Revolucion!
