She actually thinks that the folks who attended this year’s Tet Parade were there to see her! What a hoot…

Ah..leave good ole’ Janet alone…she’s a legend in her own demigod mind just like the rest of BOS and the SA City Clowncil. Man…they have such a tight clique going on’ in downtown SA, don’t they?
Art,
As I mentioned in a previous email to you, that pedestrian bridge that is a part of the 22 freeway still has a ton of grafitii on the north side that has not been cleaned up from either Caltrans or the company that Janet Nguyen hired as part of her commitment as an “Adopt a Highway” participant.
Of course, now the thousands of communters who traveled the 22 route see these taggins work their way to the top of the walkway and start appearing on the sound walls that was painted over by Clatrans.
I don’t understand why Janet adopted this highway if she pushes her responsibilty on Caltrans and has yet to have the company she hired to maintain the 22 stretch she adopted clean up the pedestrian walkway.
Janet commitment is clearly absent. Does she not travel down this 22 freeway to work?
There is plenty of abuse from the taggers but clearly no love and commitment from the janet Nguyen on cleaning up and maintaining the 22
