Is Jim Silva the most worthless OC GOP legislator?

Jim Silva.  The very mention of his name should send a shiver up your spine.  He is easily the most worthless GOP legislator in Sacramento.  And Silva was brought there by the hacks at Red Clownty.

Now Silva is “the subject of a recall drive,” according to an Orange Punch post by Steven Greenhut.

Here’s an excerpt from Greenhut’s post:

It’s no doubt more symbolic than serious, but it would be a great idea to recall this lump of an assemblyman, a Republican who rarely shows any understanding or commitment to limited-government principles. He is a creation of the OC GOP political machine. As county supervisor, he was a reliable supporter of the government workers union. I recall when he was running that GOP leaders assured me that Silva would “vote the caucus” — in other words, he wouldn’t be a leader but he would vote the way he was told to vote. That’s not much of an endorsement, but in a gerrymandered world, it’s good enough to elect an unprincipled mediocrity. After he voted for a retroactive pension increase that increased the county’s liabilities, he showed no understanding of the details of the matter, but told me that Bill Campbell told him to vote for it.

Silva is also under attack at the Tax Revolt blog and his enemies have launched a Facebook page.
