A pajarito reports that he was called today by a polling company that was fishing to see what folks in Santa Ana would think about Supervisor Janet Nguyen running against State Senator Lou Correa.
This is going to happen folks. She won’t be able to help herself. Van Tran will do all the work to get the Vietnamese vote out in his race against Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez, and Janet will get the benefit in her race against Correa.
The only question that remains is whether or not Nguyen will join forces with Tran. I predict that they will set aside their hate and work together. It makes sense. Tran has been hungry to go to Congress since his early days in politics when he used to work for Congressman Ed Royce. If he has to work with Janet to get there, he will.
I hope that the Democrats who helped Janet get elected, whom we call “Jannies” are proud of themselves…
The unintended consequence of all these machinations is that Hieu Nguyen, the heretofore unknown Assistant County Clerk to the Board of Supervisors, is bound to benefit from all of this in his race against uber-Republican Chris Norby, to replace County Clerk-Recorder Tom Daly.
Why wouldn’t Janet run for Van Tran’s Assembly seat?

Her chief of staff, Andrew Do, is running for Tran’s seat.
She is an ugly asian lady.
One thing is for sure,
When she announces that she is running for Lous seat, Tammy Tran, Alicia berhow, and all the other jannies int he dpoc are gonna poop gorilla biscuits.
Has he helped Janet Nguyen at all? Has he contributed to her campaign? I’m asking because Janet Nguyen is coming after Lou Correas seat now. And I have yet to see nary a critical word about Janet Nguyen on this website.
Last year, I was bullied into voting for the censure of Paul Lucas by Melahat, Gila Jones, Alicia Berhow and Chris Prevatt. I even got a call from marc Sussman telling me that Loretta Sanchez is asking Central Committee members to censure Paul. I have known Paul for years and I have always known him to be a loyal and stalwart Democrat. When everyone piled on hi9m last year and circled the wagons around Janet Nguyen I was at first skeptical. But then over several months I have come to regret my vote in favor of censuring him.
I want to know if Chris Prevatt, marc Sussman and Phil Becerra are calling the shots here at the dpoc. I am considering leaving this body and if it turns out that Janet Nguyen is still controlling those who control the central Committee, I am going to leave and tell my story to the OC Weekly and the OC Register.
So I want to ask Chris Prevatt point blank, do you still get your marching orders from Melahat, Phil Becerra, and Alicia Berhow? Because I am sick to my stomach for letting you guys make me vote against my old friend Paul Lucas. I can’t even look the guy in the eye after what I have done at your behest.
I am sick to my stomach that I helped you guys prop up a Republican like Janet Nguyen who voted against sex education funding for Planned Parenthood. Janet Nguyen also voted in favor of continuing the lawsuit to roll back pensions for working men and women of our police departments. Janet Nguyen spent a ton of money on remodeling her own office as well as her lobby while people were losing their jobs. And you continue to protect her.
Are you going to protect her still while she goes after Lou Correa? Have Alicia Berhow and Phil Becerra gotten their claws that deep inside you here at Liberal OC? And specifically Chris Prevatt?
You know what? Paul was right. And you are and were wrong. The whole time he was right. And the whole time you were wrong. Is there anyway to retroactively censure Melahat and Berhow and Prevatt and this guy Phil Becerra?
And while we are on the topic of Becerra, when the heck are you guys going to tell him to stop pushing up against the women at the OCYD? Every girl I have spoken with at the OCYD has complained about that guy pushing up against them and invading their personal space. What is with that guy?

quite honestly the only reason Janet won in the first place is because she had others do the dirty work otherwise she could not win…she has no chance in hell…she need most of the viet. votes to win which she will not get…
