China doomed to cooperate with Russia to become world’s number one economy

The summit of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) takes place in Russia’s Yekaterinburg on June 15-16. The leaders of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will arrive in the capital of Russia’s Ural region for the summit. Official spokespeople for Turkmenistan, Iran, Pakistan, India and Mongolia will also participate in the summit.
Many question the effectiveness of the organization every time its member countries gather for a summit. The organization was established to create the free trade zone on the territories of its members, although there has been no progress achieved at this point yet. Russia offered to create the Energy Club within the SCO in 2006, but the suggestion has not been materialized either.
It just so happens that the organization has not realized its fundamental economic goals. The organization presumably runs bilateral projects between China and Tajikistan, China and Uzbekistan, China and Kyrgyzstan. There are no projects in the organization in which all member countries would be involved. China views the SCO as an economic association, whereas Russia sees it as a platform to resist terrorism and extremism in the world.
The SCO Charter says that the prime goal of the organization is to guarantee peace, well-being and the joint prosperity of its members, as well as stability and security both inside and outside the region. However, the SCO does not have either a strategic initiative or the clear long-term plan of cooperation between its members. First and foremost, it serves as an object of strategic influence of other world powers of the world, the United States and NATO, first and foremost.
It is worthy of note that the charter of the organization is rather vague. Many of its landmark mechanisms are obscure, the official goals and tasks are quite restricted and do not envisage a struggle for the leadership on the international arena and the creation of a new force in Europe which could become an alternative to the USA and NATO.
At the same time, the SCO is the only organization in the modern world which has enough potential to put forward an alternative to the Western style of development: the organization embraces most of the territory of the continental geopolitical center of the world.
The SCO has two mutually exclusive perspectives against the background of the current global perspectives. It can either rise to the level of a geopolitical center that would make other countries follow, or run into geopolitical non-existence and collapse.
The Central Asian members of the SCO – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan – do not have the required potential for their geopolitical leadership. It is easy to deprive these countries of their control over their own strategic natural resources by means of showing political and economic pressure on them.
A broad zone of conflicts can thus appear along Russia’s borders: Afghanistan and Pakistan are very close, not to mention the fact that conflicts in Central Asia occur on a regular basis. The situation with China is different. China’s economy has already become one of the largest economies in the world. China has all chances to become the absolute economic leader in the world, which would therefore entail a political domination. China approaches the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as a sales market for its goods, an object for investments and a source of energy carriers. It is hard for Russia to compete with China. China’s possession of $2 trillion gives this country an opportunity to provide better credit terms to Central Asian states. China gave a 20-billion-dollar credit to Kazakhstan in the spring of this year and currently investigates an opportunity to purchase an oil well there. China is not strong enough to compete with the United States and its allies alone. The country does not have a good perspective without Russia. Having spent three weeks in China two years ago we passed several huge universities. At that time I wrote a guest view on “freedom in China” for the Register. This year they graduated 7 million college and university students of which 1.5 million cannot find a job.
As they speak fluent English they may come here.

No I do not read Russian as I am too occupied stuggling with the English language as evidenced by anyone reading my blog posts.
And yes, I did write a Guest View for the Register after our return from our visit to China.
The date was June 3rd 2007. You are welcome to verify it by simply going to their archives. My only point in mentioning that visit was to establish credibility as to what we actually witnessed, not some government propoganda.

Now that I have addressed your remarks perhaps you can enlighten me as to the general location of “the HOA housing (in which you live) where (the) US Constitution is legally prohibited!”
Before responding let me tell you that I am currently working with someone in Mission Viejo with a similar allegation. When you moved into the area, did you take the time to read your CC&R’s which govern what you can and cannot do? These are binding documents which can only be changed by the majority of the homeowners in the association be it a simple majority or a super majority based on the HOA By-Laws.

If you would have, you would notice that it is these CC&R’s and he “Davis-Stirling Act” which alienates me, and the people, from my, and theirs, unalienable rights as stated below.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

My advise, if you cannot accept their rules, is to avoid moving into housing tracts that are governed by CC&R’s. One problem. Many of the housing tracts in CA have these Gestapo policies to preserve the image set by those who created them.
An owner issue in our city relates to mandatory membership in Lake Mission Viejo for anyone purchasing a home after 1978 (or around that date.) Note: This does not include the Aegean Hills area that was annexed.
There are hundreds of seniors living in the Casta Del Sol retirement area who never use the lake yet cannot opt-out of their financial obligation to pay for the operations of our private lake.
Let me tell you about another association/CC&R issue in Mission Viejo where the property owner was blocked from placing “artificial grass” on part of his back patio.
Associations are a double edged swords. While they force everyone to maintain a certain level of appearance, they can also make life difficult for you if you want to be unique.
After I attend a meeting next week I may post a story relating to an association and the American flag. Yes, an American flag. Stay tuned.
Larry, my main concern is non judicial foreclosure which is clearly unconstitutional. The HOA has a power to take your home for a $1 delinquency on assessments without even going to the court.
This is why I would welcome educated Chines immigrants because they would not allow such grave law violation or the HOA concept like stupid Americans do.
It is so frustrating to even talk about this problem because no one has a clue about the Constitution, CC&Rs and Davis-Stirling Act and the government forcing of the HOA to circumvent the law for purpose of the land grab.
And if it is not the HOA it is the Community Association Bolsheviks from ComLink.
