UPDATE: “Councilman Andy Tuan Ngoc Quach collided with a car with three people in it before losing control of his vehicle and hitting a power pole, police officials said today. Westminster police released new information about the incident, saying that the 37-year-old Quach’s Mercedes hit another vehicle driven by a Garden Grove man right before crashing into the pole. That vehicle was traveling east on McFadden Avenue, said Sgt. Dan Schoonmaker,” according to the O.C. Register.
Photos of the damage caused by Westminster City Councilman Andy Quach’s midnight Saturday car accident have emerged!
“City Councilman Andy Tuan Ngoc Quach was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after police say he slammed his vehicle into a power pole, knocking out power to more than 300 homes in his city,” according to the O.C. Register.
As you can see from the picture above and the one below, Quachzilla made quite a mess!
Quach said he was on his way home after having dinner with friends when the crash occurred.
“I think I must have nodded off and hit the pole,” he said. “I wish it’s something I can undo, but I can’t. We’re all human. As far as I’m concerned, it will never happen again.”
Nodded off? Let’s see what the blood alcohol tests say…
Quach should resign from the Westminster City Council! Drunk or not he is a public menace!
I wonder if Quach will still be working on Van Tran’s congressional campaign?
The Liberal OC blog is actually insinuating that Tran was in the car with Quach when the accident happened!
UPDATE: It turns out that Quach has had some prior traffic incidents. In January of 2004, he was found guilty of “unsafe speed for prevailing conditions.” In Feb. of 2004, he was cited for entering an intersection on a red arrow but that charge was dismissed. In September of 2008, he was cited for driving greater than 100 miles per hour. That charge was dismissed. Click here to check for yourself.
7 little trannies jumping on the bed. 1 fell down and broke his tranny head–mama called the doctor and the doctor said-
No more trannies…
You not nice to Hon. Councilman Quach. Everyperson drink too much sometime. He say he sorry now let it go. Like say in Basketball…No harm…no fouls….
Accidents are called accidents. I am just glad that no one’s got hurt bad.
#3,
True – but if Quach was tipsy then this was no accident, it was a DUI.
Let’s see what the BA results turn out to be…
Before MADD these things were treated as they should be, a stern warning from a judge and a small fine. (In fact many judges and lawyers found themselves in the same boat. The guy had a few too many brewskis and hit a power pole. So what? I’m proud of Andy for owning up to it right away. He’s a man’s man in my book!
Well I hope Andy is ok, he is very nice for a republican.
Hey we all lined up to increase the penalities for everything. I hope no-one got hurt, becuase if they did it can and will be considered a strike under the 3 strikes law in addition to any other penalities.
Mr. Quach is a good man and an asset to the community.
DUI and should be treated equals to other.
Mr. Quach is a good man and a good lier too!
Mr. Xiu Quach should learn how to drive a car and don’t drink to eat xiu quach. Give him a chance to be a mayor of this city.
I am sorry about your accident. I hope you will be ok. I believe you don’t drink, and I am glad that the bad parts are over for you.
Next time just do only one, and never do double.
OK my friend.
Andy, forget all the comments from the negative people. Everyone of them have commited drinking and driving once in their live. They were just never caught. Hypocrites.

Let have a Trannies party, we can all drink and drive!

He’s hanging out/drinking at Ocean Blue restaurant @ brookhust/hazard) a few times a week. Stay away of that intersection if you don’t want to be Andy Quach’s next accident victim. I regret to vote for such a degraded councilman like him.
