Tonight, at 7 pm, we will be at the debate between GOP gubernatorial candidates Steve Poizner and Tom Campbell, at Brandman University’s Irvine campus. We encourage our readers to sign up for our Facebook and Twitter feeds as we will be blogging and using Facebook and Twitter to communicate with our readers live during the debate.
Click here to follow us on our networked Facebook page. All of our posts are set up to automatically feed to Facebook – and to our Twitter page too.
We will be using Twitter, primarily, during the debate and posting on the Orange Juice blog thereafter.
Of the three Republicans running for Governor of California, Tom Campbell is by far the most qualified and has superior ideas compared to Whitman and Poizner. He received a Ph.D. in economics under Milton Friedman — Milton Friedman!!! — and has a law degree from Harvard. He has taught law, business, served in the California State Senate, Congress, and was the Finance Director of California the last time California had a balanced budget.
He has actually proposed many comforting to solutions to solve California’s budget crisis instead of endlessly repeating the old “cut taxes” mantra. We all want lower taxes, but cutting taxes won’t solve most of the budget problems. Tom knows this and his proposals will solve California’s never-ending budget crisis once and for all. Go Tom!
