Libertarians at Dave and Buster's
The San Bernardino County Libertarian Party invites you out for a day of Freedom Speakers, Workshops and Fun! Come on over this Saturday, Oct. 17, and join the ALIVE FREE HAPPY gang for the first Southern California Regional Conference hosted by the SBCLP.
We have a full day planned at one of the funnest venues around: Dave and Buster’s.
Beginning at 10am the program includes a protest sign making workshop, over a DOZEN informative and entertaining speakers, a great luncheon, and a lot of social time with Libertarians and allies from all over Southern California.
The theme for the event is “Politics is About People” and many of the speakers will educate us with their real life experiences running for and winning local offices, getting appointed to municipal boards, and running for state and federal office. You will also have a great time learning about other opportunities for activism from other groups fighting for freedom in specific areas like healthcare, medical marijuana, marriage equality, and the economy.

Dave and Busters is an exciting place for libertarians to get together. The conference room is beautiful and includes good seating for a decent size stage. A private full bar will serve drinks (via drink tickets) for us. The luncheon menu is really yummy:
* Blackjack BBQ Chicken – Served with loaded mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans
* Blackened Chicken Pasta – Served in a cajun alfredo sauce with tomatoes and mushrooms over linguine
* Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Caesar Salad – A delicious light lunch
Those who order lunch will also get a Dave and Busters Power Card with $10 (48 tokens) worth of game play. The card will come in real handy because when the speakers are done at 4pm, that’s when the Libertarians invade the gaming room and main dining area for a linger longer social that will turn D&B’s into a sea of freedom loving party-party-ers.
This event is going to be the Freedom Blowout event of the year and you should be there! Mark your calendar, call your friends and reserve your eat and lunch NOW while you still can.
