Is the ol' bucket finally empty?
Friends, have you noticed the sudden subsidenceof big glossy mailers sent out by Ackerman, Inc. and Alliance for California’s Tomorrow (ACT) attacking Chris Norby? You know, the ones that take uncorroborated testimony from a disgruntled ex-County employee fired for misfeasance and turned into third person language to make it look like somebody was a witness to her bogus claims?
We were getting pieces almost everyday (sometimes two) ladled out of the Ackerwoman slop-bucket, but that has stopped. Even Ackerwoman’s obsequious press agent Martin Wisckol has noticed it – and actually tried to figure out why. The ACT has run out of money. The last dough they spent went to a poll – and no more money has come in since.
I’m glad it’s over as well. I was not sure who to vote for because at the beginning Mrs. Ackerman seemed like a nice lady but with all the dirty mailers she mailed, our family decided to vote for Mr. Norby. I’m not sure if I’m typical or not but the ladies at my church feel the same way.
Linda has no credentials, and she shouldn’t be a candidate for any office. She has waged a negative campaign because she cannot allow the focus to be on her.
Linda has slimed Chris Norby to the point he seems like the victim. Chris has run a decent campaign while Linda has only thrown mud.
About 1:30 PM today on the Fox cable news channel during the Neil Cavuto hour there was a very professional(as is expensive) advertisement bashing Norby as anti woman, citing the incident of alleged sexual harassment, stating that a woman management employee in the County Government was fired at Norby’s behest, etc. It was totally negative about him, had nothing positive to say about anything. I did not catch who paid for this one, but one can make a guess or two.
