The Mogul emperors would handpick orphaned young men to be their eunuchs. The young men would undergo a horrific operation, essentially having their male genitalia sundered. Afterwards they were handed a golden straw from which to urinate. They would henceforth live pampered lives – unless they crossed their Emperor.
Today’s eunuchs work for Janet Nguyen, the Chairman of the O.C. Board of Supervisors. Little did Harry Sidhu know, when Nguyen endorsed him, that she was handing him a golden straw to call his own.
There are quite a few lads over at the Liberal OC and Red County blogs running around clutching golden straws as they scheme to get Sidhu elected, as a carpetbagger from Anaheim Hills, to the Fourth District.
Why would Sidhu play this game when he could just wait for his own Supervisor, Bill Campbell, to term out and then run for his seat? The answer isn’t that simple.
Sidhu comes from a culture that values class and status above all else. Sidhu has built an empire by selling Mexican food at his El Pollo Loco restaurants, but that simply isn’t enough. Nor was getting elected to the Anaheim City Council enough. No, he won’t be satisfied until he has a higher title. Little does he realize that he is now one of Janet Nguyen’s Legion of Castrati…
What game is Nguyen playing at? Simple. If Sidhu loses, he is finished and when Campbell terms out she can run one of her other eunuchs, such as Orange Councilman Jon Dumitru, for his seat.
What Nguyen forgot in this greedy equation is what might happen if Fullerton Councilman Shawn Nelson wins instead of Sidhu.
When Nelson hired Nguyen’s consultant, Dave Gilliard, he was assured that Gilliard would keep Sidhu out of the race. Now Sidhu is in the race and Gilliard has not only failed in that regard, he has also failed to stop Nguyen from backing Sidhu. Nelson won’t forget this duplicity when he becomes the 4th District Supervisor. You think Supervisor John Moorlach is a thorn in Nguyen’s side? Nelson will be a crown of thorns on the dragon lady’s head!
And so Nguyen’s eunuchs are working overtime to stop Nelson. You know who they are. That Jerbal fellow and his goon Tommy Boy. And over at the Lib OC there are a gaggle of Janet’s Castrati, including the weasel-looking guy who lives in Long Beach and his new boy blunder, Fraudio. Pathetic. So much for challenging the right-wing noise machine! They are all in bed together now, clutching their sad little golden straws…
You know… this post is very aptly titled. You see Harry, even though he is an immigrant… has absolutely no connection to his homeland. So he really wouldn’t know he was a Eunich, because he doesn’t know WTF they are!

You know what’s not funny is how powerful Janet has become. I mean how in the F##K did that happen? We’re talking about a woman who’s infamous for stepping on toes and stabbing people in the back. Just ask Ken Maddox and Van Tran… and practically everyone who has ever worked with her, even before her political years. Yet, little “boys” all over the county is lining up to kiss her azz: Andrew Do, Nick Lecong, Sidhu… and oh yeah, even your boy, Quang Pham.

You have to understand that the boyts at Lib Oc are still under the impression that janet Nguyen is their friend. The concept of logic and apparent evidence does not work or apply to the boys at Lib OC.
For examplle, dan C is suing Art for directing his link to a NAMBLA site. Dan sees this as promoting pederasty. Yet, dan C thinks its funny to dress up in a Friar robe and fasten a cabbage patch doll to the front as if the doll is giving Dan C felatio. Is Dan C promoting sex among boys and Priests? In his rubrik of logic yes he is. dan C promotes ex among priests and children by his actions. Or was it a tasteless joke?

I think Janet is feeling lame about jumping the gun on the support for Sidhu. He is a carpetbagger, and can’t win. Everyone knows that. Also, it’s clear Sup Bates understands politicts and took her time to learn as much as she could before getting on the Harrish train to nowhere. Once Moorlach comes to his senses on who is for real in the race, he and Pat will work with Shawn on real fiscal problems in the County, and not just make deals with the lackies like Lewis and Ashland.

Pham thanked Nick Lecong in shepherding him around the Vietnamese community when he was thinking running for the loretta’s seat. Obviously Janet wants to antagonize Van Tran to the max. So is Pham a Janet’s eunuch?
BTW, Janet has a female eunuch named Cheri Pham, Andrew Do’s wife, who is running to be a judge. Do you know which address she is using to run for this seat? GG or SA?
