Considered by many to be the greatest boondoggle in the history of California, high speed rail will waste billions of dollars, threaten homes and businesses throughout the state while claiming to solve an inter-state transit problem that doesn’t exist.

don’t get your hopes up. If Curt has his way the train will not bother to pick you up as it sails up the coast.
In fact, he is probably questioning the time lost for making a stop in Fullerton.
Do you recall how this “special interest” project was sold to us as 800 miles yet the focus is from Anaheim to SF at $42 billion?
Help me out here. I have driven from Mission Viejo to SF too many times to count. At best, the entire trip is 450 miles. But then again, math was not my top subject.
Perhaps they are spinning it as a 400 mile trip up one track with another 400 miles on the return ride.
