The Democratic Party of Orange County did what State Senator Lou Correa couldn’t do. They endorsed two Democrats for the Anaheim City Council tonight, at their endorsement meeting in Orange, at the Teamsters Hall.
The DPOC endorsed Anaheim City Commissioner John Santoianni and businessman Bill Dalati, who like myself renounced the GOP in 2006.
Kudos to both of these fine candidates! What this endorsement means is that they will appear on the DPOC door hangers, walk pieces and slate mailers.
The Republican endorsed by the Liberal OC blog, John Leos, was not endorsed by the DPOC.
Click here to read Santoianni’s press release about the DPOC endorsement.
Established: DPOC has its head on straighter than Correa/Lib OC.
Jose Solorio also endorsed John Leos according to his facebook on August 27: “Jose Solorio – John Leos is a strong pro-jobs, pro-public safety candidate. I’m proud to endorse him for the Anaheim City Council. Having served on a City Council myself, I know that John has the leadership skills and genuine interest to serve all Anaheim neighborhoods well. Visit him at JohnLeos.Com to learn more and help.”
Since local offices were made non-partisan to get dirty politics out.
These partisan organization should be heavily fined for their actions.
Or the joke – lie should be scrapped as a failed experiment along with tern limits.

Thank you again to the DPOC for their endorsement and everyone here who is supporting our campaign for Anaheim City Council.

Come on John, say something opinionated and interesting! I dare you! 🙂
Never mind, I’ll ask Bill.
HAHA!
That is why you are the blogger and not me. 🙂 You’d get to hear a lot of interesting opinions if you’d have come to any of the candidates forums I’ve participated in. Maybe you could come to an upcoming one and hear for yourself. 🙂
Vern,
The fact that John is willing to comment here speaks volumes. To be fair, Bill has NEVER commented here, has he?
And John is willing to do so while risking pissing off the Republican-lovers at the Lib OC.
John has my full support. I hope he wins!
Yeah I agree, I’m for Bill and John. I just like to try to get him to talk out of school.
