Come see our editor-in-chief playing his trademark blend of classical jazz and rock piano this weekend. Vern plays everything from Bach to Lady Gaga, with a special emphasis on Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, the Beatles, and Led Zeppelin.

FRIDAY NIGHT 6:30 to 10 – BACI Italian Restaurant,18748 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, between Ellis and Garfield, next door to the IHOP. Phone 714-965-1194 for reservations.

SATURDAY NIGHT 7 to 10 – SEBASTIANI’S Italian Restaurant, 6078 Warner Ave, Huntington Beach, tucked away on the southeast corner of Warner and Springdale. Phone 714-841-3619 for reservations.
