Help SAVE the OC Fairgrounds
In spite of overwhelming opposition from legislators and the public at large, the Governor continues to push for the sale of Orange County Fairgrounds to a private developer. The process has been flawed from the start. Litigation has been filed. We could lose OUR fairgrounds, including the Orange County Market Place, Centennial Farms and the equestrian center. There’s still time to act. We can stop the sale but we need your help!
Mark your calendars for our next fundraising weekend, December 18 and 19, one hundred percent of proceeds from sales of Bob’s Ice Cream at the OC Market Place will go to the fight to save the equestrian center and stop the sale. For a minimum donation can get an ice cream and help save the fairgrounds, too. Look for the booth under the giant Pepsi at the OC Market Place.
Please help support the OCFPS! Come and enjoy an ice cream!!!
Volunteers Needed! We are also looking for volunteers to hand out fliers and work at the outreach booth on December 18 and 19. We are doing short shifts of a few hours. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please email Lisa at info@ocfpreservationsociety.org

Over the last year the OCFPS has incurred many expenses. The effort to protect and preserve the OC Fairgrounds has been expensive. In our fight to preserve our OC Fairgrounds we have incurred legal fees, printing costs and other expenses, all critical components of our campaign to save the OC Fairgrounds.
Please click on the Donate Now Pig and help us continue the fight to save the Orange County Fairgrounds.

The County and city of Costa Mesa should buy the land with the pension funds.
Keep the earnings for future retirees and stop the Wall Street Crooks cut of the pie.
There are hundreds of millions of dollars parked in the money lenders east coast banks loosing value each and every day, not counting the up coming losses that are being accrued do to the million dollar bonuses.
Local pension dollars should be “Put to Work” locally. Their is no good reason to give 20 percent off the top to Wall Street Crooks. (except for the campagin dollars)
