I understand that this post has absolutely nothing to do with politics or Orange County, but I just could not put this story down. 19 year old West Virginia native Mark Thompson of Alum Creek, West Virginia was found in his bedroom wearing a woman’s bra and panties with a dead goat nearby. Mr. Thompson tried to stall investigators who had come to his house based on reports of that Thompson had stolen a neighbors goat by yelling out, “wait, I’m naked.” Police entered the room to catch Mr. Thompson with his pants pulled down. The police are taking the goat in for a necropsy because there was evidence of sexual assault on the animal. After fleeing into the woods, Mr. Thompson was captured claiming that his actions were the result of the fact that he had been high on bath salts for the past three days. I am not making this up – not stuff you run into everyday.
Evidently I am more of a old geezer than I thought – I had no idea you could get high on bath salts. I know people will try anything to get high like licking a toad or eating obscure fungi, but the thought has never occurred to me to try and smoke my wife’s bubble bath. Second, the goat – yuch (enough said). Third, does West Virginia have a mental health department? If so, I think we have somebody ready for its services – this poor guy needs a lot of help.

i think it was meth looking at his face sores but maybe bath salts do it too, who knows? was the goat a male or female goat?
The sex was consensual and who do you think gave him the bath salts?
Beware of goats bearing bath salts…
Look for the DEA to put bath salts on the Schedule I drug list.
I can’t tell by his dental work, but that face has hillbilly heroin written all over it.
Sure, it sounds like a crazy story in 2011 but in the not too distant future he will have a chapter in a Calififornia text book devoted to him and a park named after him somewhere in Northern California!
Balth Salts are not what we used to think of as Bath Salts. These ones you snort, you do not sit in them.
I gather by what I watched on a special they cause you to react something like cocaine or speed, which would explain a lot of the picture and the actions.
The latest rage that is spreading across the country, just what we do not need.

Was the goat drinking Woolite?
