There are many questionable arrests he was involved in.
So, where is Fullerton’s esteemed Human Relations Commission Director Kennedy on this one? Is he probing this as a potential hate crime?

Excellent question. This may very well be a crime driven by hate. Unfortunately the Rusty Kennedys of the world are constrained by the little boxes on forms that say things like Hispanic, African-American, Pacific Islander, etc.

The Feds should be investigating this as a civil rights abomination: I believe Mr. Thomas was in a protected class being disabled. They won’t play around and are more likely to exact justice.
I think the National Alliance on Mental Illness should step up and speak out on behalf of the mentally ill and homeless.
