Ferguson, Missouri, and now New York. It’s happened again! Killer cops have murdered another unarmed citizen—and gotten away with it!
Everyone (not just black people) who saw the video of the police execution of Eric Garner in New York should be outraged. But the real outrage should be directed at the biased and incompetent “grand” jurors who routinely excuse police malfeasance and absolve the perpetrators who abuse their authority while hiding behind their badges.
When one considers the composition of “grand” juries, this isn’t surprising. “Grand” jurors are NOT selected on the basis of their qualifications, but rather on their friendship with, contributions to, and/or support for the very elected officials who are instrumental in their appointments!
No wonder most “grand” jurors are merely rubber stamps rather than individuals willing to objectively weigh the evidence presented to them. The bottom line is that until and unless we elect honorable individuals to office, we will NOT have unbiased and competent “grand” jurors.
And, by the way, Mr. Presidente (sic) Barack Obama, where are you? Instead of violating the United States Constitution by giving blanket amnesty to upwards of five million persons who entered this country illegally, why don’t you do your job and prosecute these killer cops for violating the civil rights of two LEGAL American citizens, Michael Brown and Eric Garner?

Grand jury did their jobs. Brown case never had a shot in hell of making it to a jury trial. Thug got what thug brought on himself. Garner made a decision that he made clear in his 15 minute conversation with the cops. More than 30 prior arrests including battery on the police and resisting. He wanted a fight, he got a fight. He lost. No charges was clear in this case as well. Word to the wise in 2015. No one has ever had an issue with the police that didn’t resist in some fashion. Never. So use the Hands Up motto from here on out. If you think you might have an issue with the cops, put your hands up and speak like a respectful human being. It could save your life in 2015. Justice served.
