Lucille Kring donor George S. Briggeman Jr. is paying a $15,000 for political money laundering, reports the OC Register.
The vehicle was Green and Clean, LLC of Wyoming. The Register reports that beneficiaries in Anaheim were Lucille Kring and John Leos. Briggeman’s money opposed Anaheim Councilman Jordan Brandman.
From the article:
In Lake Forest, winning candidates Adam Nick and Dwight Robinson were supported by the Taxpayers for Safer Neighborhoods PAC, while losing candidates Terry Anderson and Marcia Rudolph were opposed by it.
Anderson said he felt the money of developers and other special interests, using Taxpayers for Safer Neighborhoods and other PACs, cost him the close election….In Cypress, winning candidates Rob Johnson and Mariellen Yarc were supported by the PAC.
Ugh. Kring and Leos. Don’t remind me. Those were the two *I* supported that year. So did the mayor.
We had our reservations about Kring. But Duane really had no chance, and the bigger danger if you remember seemed the klepto team of Brandman and “STEVEN ALBERT CHAVEZ LODGE.”
We had no idea how bald-facedly Lucille was lying to us, although some did try to warn us.
Kring says she has no idea who this guy is. Unfortunately when it comes to truthfulness she no longer gets the benefit of the doubt.
*The truth shall set us free…..and it is important to our dear friends “The Krings” that all the dirt and mitigating info come out – Crystal Clear! Our belief, without any evidence, is that the complexities of the campaign trail in todays political world……..leave most people neither in the black or white…..but in a Greater State of Pale!
Nice paraphrase for Procol Harum
*Glad you caught that….you are very hip Drewster!
Definitely “not” a hipster but a child of the 60’s and early 70’s. I know my gen of songs! Thanks for the compliment!
