Mozart: Romance from D minor concerto (cuz it’s beautiful and the middle is exciting)
Vern Nelson: DIRTY SNOW, a dark holiday song sung by Fred with Steve on sax (see below)
Chopin: Ballade #3 in A-flat Major (cuz it’s beautiful and exciting)
O Little Town of Bethlehem (Vern arr. / singalong, with Steve on flute)
That’s Amore Vern arr. singaglong with Tchaikovsky intro and Bluesette middle section, Steve on sax)
Liszt: Hungarian Rhapsody #2 (cuz it’s fun, and everybody remembers it from Warner Bros. cartoons)
