how much is the book?
(Art, where is your site meter? It looks like it disappeared).
My old barber had a shirt like that.
Santa Ana will be hoping that Thursday night.
I AM THERE. I want to find out how this little cabron got to be such a good writer at half my age or so. And he stood me up once, having promised to speak at a Healthcare For All Orange County event.
Cook. I believe you made a TELLING typo. Santa Ana will be going for Obama, es cierto!
Vern: Gracias for the kind words. Sorry for standing you up that time, but the Catholic Church beat trumps everything in my life!
I love Gustavo’s writing in the OC Weekly from the tongue in cheek “Ask a Mexican” to the reviews of out of the way restaurants to his occasional larger stories.
So Gustavo, will a pasty gringo be welcome in SA that evening or should I wait for you to come to the South Coast Plaza Borders? I mean I don’t want to get stabbed or something.
Geez, anonyms, I’ll protect you; and I’m at least as pasty.
Congrats, Gustavo! I love reading your musings.
How many pages and how much? And what is your favorite part of your book?
Give us some scraps… give us some details, man!
😉
Oh Vern, would you?
Shoot, I missed it. I’ll definitely have to look into the book though, sounds like a pretty interesting read. Thanks for the post, keep up the good work.
