Noted Muslim-basher and 68th Assembly Candidate Deborah Pauly had been charged with DUI after driving her Porsche 911 into a parked car, reports Voice of OC.
NOT Deborah’s car, but a good summary of her campaign.
On a recent Saturday morning former Villa Park Councilwoman Deborah Pauly turned her blue Porsche 911 at the 1100 block of N. Minot, but instead of proceeding to Ventura street she bumped into a parked white Mazda pickup. Under-steering happens, even in Porsches. Could happen to anyone, right?
Responding Villa Park police weren’t so sure and administered a field sobriety test. Deborah apparently scored high on test, because her performance won her a free ride to the police station and a DUI booking.
Along way she may or may not have made some colorful comments about Muslims and 9/11. The arresting officers were wearing body cameras, but the videos haven’t been publicly released . Yet.
One can only wonder what is on those tapes, as Pauly has a flair for “colorful” comments about Muslims, such as this gem:
Speaking to a crowd of protesters outside an Islamic charity event held at a mosque in Yorba Linda, Pauly said, “I know quite a few Marines who would be very happy to help these terrorists to an early meeting in paradise,” and that what was happening inside the mosque was “pure, unadulterated evil.”
This DUI would be the end an ordinary political campaigns- but Deborah Pauly is no ordinary politician. Stay Tuned
She was arrested in Anaheim. Not sure what she was doing in that part of Anaheim at 1 in the morning. Last time she got caught drunk in a car was in Orange. She was only the passenger, her husband was the one drunk driving. Still shows extremely bad judgment on her part. To say this lady has personal problems is an understatement. I hope she decides to concentrate on getting her life together, and doesn’t run for office. Sadly, people like her feel their “public” life is more important then anything else.
I have been there, I am sure lot of you have been there,,,sometimes those damn Mercedes simply jump out at you, especially early in the morning. and, I bet if you look closely, the car is owned by some crazed jihadists
Clearly a selfless act on Pauly’s part. Had to stop that terrorist attack.

have the amazing feeling and inspiration that she will still win the Assembly race….
purely because she is a real person. The electorate has changed a great deal and
there may be enough Hispanic and Asian votes to give her the win.

*Dr. D., what do they say? Where else are goin go? Uno Otra Cerveza Me Gasso! The truth is that when you either have a good appearance or have character flaws that others can relate to……you definitely have a chance of capturing their votes. Deb has the better appearance and also offers enough
basic flaws to attract the minority voters.
First of all everyone mentions a porsche 911. It was not a 911. It was a manual carerra. Anyone driving a manual on Nohl Ranch is brave, even sober. Secondly, one martini brought her blood content to .081. .001 over the legal limit.
LASTLY, she called the police herself because she didn’t know what to do after hitting a car and then she told on herself by admitting to having said martini when the officer asked.
She IS somewhat diminutive.
…but I did have to cringe when her go-to excuse was “It’s 9-11! Muslims hate me!”
I presume this mean someone thinks Ms. Pauly will be running for office and needs to “set the record straight.”

This makes no sense. Either you know how to operate your vehicle safely (and are sober enough to do so) or you shouldn’t be driving. It’s that simple.
and why does the transmission matter? I drove manual transmissions for 15 years, on all sorts of roads. It’s not hard to do — sober.
