We also have been made aware of a tape you have of Probalsky’s girlfriend on a call to Mike Duvall and another call with her talking to Adam and Dick on a conferance call just after the Dave Lopez incident at the Ackerman fundraiser. I would like to officially file a Freedom of Information Act request with you to release that tape ASAP.
