With two gang related shootings and one resturant robbery ( “What more can we ask “) right .. It sure has been one violent week in Santa Ana. But it gets even more better, just another gang-related attack occurred last night. This time a 16 year old teenage boy was reported, shot twice in the upper body Wednesday night.
The attack occurred in the 1000 block of S. Cedar Street at Normandy Place. According to SAPD Cmdr. Stephene Colon. The young boy was just standing on the northeast corner of Cedar and Normandy when someone just started shooting at the boy from across the street ..
The boy was not able to describe the shooter . He was immediately taken to the hospital with two gunshot wounds to the upper torso and is reported to be okay according to Cmdr. Colon
Do you feel safe at all let me know , I would like to know please…..
If anybody has any information that can lead to an arrest you may contact the Santa Ana Police Dept.

Can you Imagine if this took place in Coto De Caza near David Ream or in Anaheim Hills near Paul Walters? These attacks just happen to the people paying these guys bills, so no biggie..what a joke!
I bet Santa Ana would be better if all the 160k a year making Deputy Chiefs (isn’t that glorified lieutenant?) who are part of the “command staff” had to actually live outside of South OC and near Santa Ana
John,
I hate to break this to you but Chief Walters lives in the city of Santa Ana, not in Anaheim Hills. So perhaps you should rework your comments.
Did his wife keep the house or something?
The thread is about a 16 year old being shot. A serious occurrence to say the least.
Interesting and concerning that the thread diverts to where the Chief lives.
Who cares where the city employee lives.
If you work for say a corporation in Santa Ana and an issue about your responsibilities arises will the head of the corporation have with you a discussion about where you live relative to your work responsibilities?
It is silly to waste debate over where you live if you have a responsibility in the city.
The debate should only be about the job.
I live in Orange but have my job in Santa Ana. Does this mean I will do a poor job in Santa Ana But would do a better job in Orange?
Should everyone only be allowed to work where they live?
